We are looking for an individual that would be interested in working for RockIT Event Pros as our Director of Operations. We facilitate events such as festivals, county fairs, company picnics, corporate events, post proms, school events, and more with activities such as inflatables, rock walls, bungee trampolines, zip lines, games, and more. This position plays a vital role in the day to day operations of our organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Kearney, NE
Experience: 5 years in a management type position; must have the ability to demonstrate needed skill sets
Education: Experience, ambitious, motivated, hardworker, williness to learn are all more important to us then formal schooling.
Traits: a problem solver, self starter, mechanically inclined, ability to multitask
Schedule: Monday – Sunday, some weekends and evenings required, days off will fluctuate depending on the time of year, peak season is May to September, during off peak season greater flexibility is available to work schedule
Travel: Requires travel mainly within Nebraska with some overnight stays required
Pay: Based on skills and experience; $50,000 - $80,000 per year
