Performs intermediate technical and skilled administrative support work collecting and receipting tax and other revenue payments, posting to accounts, assisting customers, entering data, maintaining records, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Tax Collections Supervisor.

Provide in-person customer service by processing tax payments, setting up payment agreements, printing maps, issuing mobile home moving permits, privilege license, and bond letters.
Provide customer service over the phone and answering general taxpayer questions for current and delinquent collections and the overall tax department.
GIS Navigation locating parcels and printing boundary and aerial maps for the taxpayers.
Open, sort and process incoming and outgoing mail. Process mailed in payments.
Process all garnishments by posting payments and maintain the record keeping of garnishment files. Run garnishment releases and mail to employer on paid out garnishments.
Process estate and clerk of court letters.
Look for and notate accounts of foreclosure sales on the county properties.
