What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT STIHL ASSOCIATE; Verona Ace position at Rockingham Cooperative Farm Bureau Inc?
- Identify and determine parts required for repair.
- Maintain work area appearance and safety.
- Identify warranty repairs and document on repair order
- Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions, using test instruments.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.

- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Duties include repair and service of mowers, chain saws, blowers, and trimmers along with assisting in all areas of customer service, sales, inventory, stocking product
- Stihl product knowledge and repair experience are a plus- Willing to get certified in Stihl repair
- Excellent product knowledge is required
- Teamwork is also a requirement
- High school graduate or GED
- Willing to work Saturdays
