Front of House Supervisor

Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award-winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking a talented and dynamic Dining Room Supervisor to lead our team in a fast paced, high energy dining room serving up to 500 guests per meal.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of guest service, ensuring consistent and thoughtful service by our restaurant staff
• Recruit, train, mentor and appraise all personnel; assist in overseeing upwards of 100 food and beverage team members
• Excellent supervisory, training, and communication skills
• Demonstrate high sanitation standards and exceptional attention to detail Qualifications:
• Several years management experience in the hospitality industry
• Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic, adept at multitasking, and a true team player
• Ability to work on your feet throughout the day
• Working knowledge of various software programs (such as POS system, MS Office)
