Rockhurst University’s Helzberg School of Management, an AACSB-accredited business school, seeks an Administrative Coordinator for Executive Programs to support the delivery of its Executive MBA (EMBA) and other executive-level graduate programs.
This role helps ensure a seamless experience for students, faculty, and program partners by coordinating program operations, managing cohort logistics, and ensuring the smooth delivery of executive-level graduate programs. The position works closely with program directors and the College of Business and Technology operations team to support the Executive MBA, Executive Education, and the DO/MBA dual-degree program.

The position operates in a hybrid environment with regular on-campus program support (up to two Saturdays per month during EMBA program delivery) and other occasional evening or weekend responsibilities tied to executive program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational and administrative activities for the Executive MBA and other executive programs
- Manage class-day logistics including classrooms, technology, materials, and catering
- Serve as an administrative contact for EMBA and DO/MBA students
- Coordinate program communications, schedules, and calendars
- Support program events such as orientations, recruitment activities, and cohort experiences
- Manage billing processes, purchasing, and vendor coordination
- Maintain program records, update website content, and support program communications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Experience coordinating programs, projects, or events
