Rockhouse Financial LLC is a financial-planning firm focused on providing attentive, organized, and personalized service to our clients. We are looking for a dependable Client Service Associate to manage the important behind-the-scenes work that allows our advisors and team to serve clients effectively.
This position is ideal for someone who gets satisfaction from completing detailed work correctly, keeping processes organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It is not primarily a sales position or a client-meeting role. The right person will enjoy owning operational tasks, following established processes, and seeing requests through from beginning to final completion.
Position Summary
The Client Service Associate will be primarily responsible for client service, account administration, paperwork processing, and task follow-through. This person will manage a variety of detailed requests while communicating with clients, the Raymond James home office, outside financial institutions, and the Rockhouse Financial LLC team.
The secondary role at this position provides will be as support for Rockhouse Financial LLC’s marketing initiatives and events. This may include items like promoting client and community events, coordinating venues, communicating with vendors, assisting with event setup and breakdown, and overall logistical support.
Prior experience in financial services is not required. We are prepared to train someone who demonstrates exceptional organization, attention to detail, dependability, and a willingness to learn.
Evening and weekend work is not required for this position.

Qualifications

- A college degree is not required
- Securities or insurance licenses are not required

- Ability to work fully in-office in Mosinee, Wisconsin
- Ability to work an 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. schedule for the full-time position

Position Structure
Full-time employment is preferred and consists of approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Rockhouse Financial LLC is also open to considering a qualified part-time candidate. The position is hourly and fully in-office at our Mosinee location.
