We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic full-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing team.

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Register patients and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information
- Assist patients with completing required forms and documentation
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route calls as needed
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Compensation
- Starting pay: $16–$17 per hour
- Pay increase opportunities within the first year based on demonstrated skill progression and performance

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred:
- Experience in a medical office or receptionist role
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
