This is a full-time, on-site position for an Adult Nurse Manager, based in Wilmington, DE. The Adult Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing daily operations, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key responsibilities include supervising clinical services, managing team schedules, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, providing leadership in nursing management, and addressing the needs of patients in critical care and general medical settings. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver ethical and effective care will be an essential aspect of this role.
- Proven expertise in Nursing and Patient Care, with a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery
- Strong skills in Nursing Management, including team supervision, mentoring, and leadership
- Knowledge and experience in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Active RN license in the state of Delaware or compact licensure
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare leadership or management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred
