The Campus Administrative Assistant will be responsible, but not limited to, the duties and tasks listed below:
· Provides administrative support for Campus President and Academic Dean.
· Facilitates meeting minutes and organizes minutes for upcoming meetings.
· Coordinates and completes all pre-Orientation duties including but not limited to: Orientation packets, sign-in sheets, name tags, food, room set- up and clean-up.
· Conducts admissions testing for TEAS and AccuPlacer.
· Provides grading DLRA (Digital Learning Readiness Assessment) testing.
· Manages the collection, tracking, and accuracy of all admissions enrollment paperwork for our students, supporting the Registrar, Admissions Advisors and Admissions Management.
· Manages the collection, tracking, and accuracy of high school and college transcripts.
· Updates the CRM and SIS with accurate applicant or enrollment information.
· Supports and maintains our enterprise, student-centered enrollment workflows and processes.
· Provides event planning and assisting in organizing open houses, recruitment events, and school events.
· Provides front desk coverage when needed for lunch, vacation or absences.
· Follows and adheres to the compliance, regulatory, and procedural processes.
· Commits to achieving team start goals by actively supporting the team towards success.
· Performs other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
· Associate’s degree (i.e. Business Administration or similar field) is preferred; High School Diploma/GED is required.
· Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service and administrative support services.
· Proficient computer skills is required in Word, Excel, database software and use of Internet.
· Must be punctual, responsible, organized, ethical and a team player.
· Excellent multi-tasking and communication (written and verbal) skills is required.
· Must be professional and maintain confidentiality of employee information and campus records.
· Must be flexible to work earlier or later shifts or weekends as needed.
