What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Turning & Milling Setup Technologist (Multi-Turret, Multi-Axis) position at Rockford Ball Screw?
Imagine starting your day at a Mazak, dialing in offsets for a first-piece that nails print on the first pass. Mid-morning, you pivot to an INDEX, streamline a fixture, and update the program to shave minutes off the cycle. By afternoon, you’re coaching a tender through a changeover on a Nakamura and recording production data in the ERP so the team can see wins in real time. That’s the rhythm here.
