The Onboarding and Verification Specialist (Mexico) is a full-time, on-site role located in Austin, TX. The specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners and verifying critical documentation and compliance measures. Key responsibilities include conducting insurance and property verifications, ensuring accuracy in documentation, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with various teams to resolve any potential issues during the onboarding process.
- Strong Analytical and Formal Verification skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in Insurance Verification, ensuring compliance with required standards
- Effective Communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Proven proficiency in Customer Service and building positive client relationships
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in an on-site environment
- Experience in the property management or hospitality industry a plus
