Arby's Team Member (Evening)(located inside TA)

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment in our store at the TA travel center in Dale, IN. As a vital part of our team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring high standards of food handling and preparation.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Taking customer orders accurately, providing exceptional hospitality, and assisting guests to ensure satisfaction. This involves engaging with customers, answering questions, and maintaining a friendly attitude.
• Food Preparation: Preparing food made to order, including sandwiches and sides, while adhering to food safety and quality standards. Team members must know product presentation, quality preparation, and cleanliness protocols.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the dining room, service counter, and kitchen stations clean and organized, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.c
• Opening and Closing Duties: Depending on the shift, performing tasks like setting up or shutting down equipment, restocking supplies, and preparing the restaurant for service or closing. Team members must work together to complete these tasks efficiently and follow security measures during closing.
• Cash Handling: Operating cash registers, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining appropriate cash funds.
• Teamwork and Multitasking: Collaborating with team members in a fast-paced environment, being adaptable, and performing additional tasks like stocking or guest assistance as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Operating equipment like fryers (must be 18 or older for fryers and slicers) and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or café is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
