About The Role
- Support project and change management efforts. Perform gap analysis and contribute strategic recommendations to improve our vendor risk processes
- Deliver reports, analyze metrics and summarize information to help drive our team forward
- Help ensure accuracy and completeness in manual processes and documentation
- Identify and share creative ideas, including new technology and AI-enabled approaches, to improve how we work
- Assist in creating materials and presentations for meetings
- Learn about our business by attending meetings, huddles and trainings
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (rising Senior) or Master’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field
- Exposure to legal, compliance, regulatory, or accounting controls concepts through coursework, internships, or projects
- Experience working in project-based or team-oriented settings
- Self-directed approach with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, and Word
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Experience with or curiosity about AI tools such as Claude
- Located within a commutable distance to our Cypress Waters office (Coppell, Texas)
