About The Role
- Assist with assessing and analyzing the Business Resilience program to identify vulnerabilities and risks
- Communicate with business partners on the status of events and resilience services through clear writing and presentations
- Collaborate with team members to gather essential data, metrics and information for thorough analysis and reporting
- Support the analysis and management of incidents and their business impact
- Help coordinate training and awareness programs to enhance team member preparedness
- Participate in testing and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of Business Resilience planning
- Contribute to developing and maintaining Business Resilience processes and strategies
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in emergency management, business administration, risk management or related field
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in business continuity, disaster recovery, or emergency management concepts
- Previous coursework related to risk management or business continuity
- Basic understanding of data analysis techniques
- Experience working in collaborative team environments
