About The Role
- Respond to emails and inquiries from team members regarding payroll, missed punches, timesheet inquiries and time off requests
- Assist with payroll processing including data entry, verification, and documentation
- Audit payroll records and import files to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Help address tax inquiries and support tax filing preparation activities
- Contribute to special projects related to payroll operations and process improvements
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the payroll department
- Learn payroll best practices and develop professional skills in a supportive environment
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Pursuing bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical and creative thinking capabilities
- Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Self-driven, team-oriented individual with a service mindset
