Daytime Team Member – Rocket Science Ice Cream

Rocket Science Ice Cream is looking for friendly and reliable Team Members to join our team during weekday daytime hours. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a fun environment, this could be a great fit.

Expected Hours:

• Weekdays from 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Approximately 10–15 hours per week (2–3 shifts)

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• Take and prepare orders accurately
• Prepare ice cream, bubble teas, milkshakes, and other specialty drinks
• Operate the register and handle transactions
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions
• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Food service or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
