Rocket Roofing & Restoration Contractors is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Huntsville office. This position is for someone with a proven background in roofing sales who knows how to build, train, and lead a successful door to door sales team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be expected to recruit, coach, close deals, and help grow one of the top roofing teams in North Alabama.
What You’ll Do: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new sales representatives. Train and develop your team through ride-alongs, field coaching, and weekly sales meetings. Lead from the front by selling your own roofing and restoration projects. Assist sales representatives with inspections, customer appointments, and closing larger or more complex jobs. Manage team performance, accountability, and production goals. Work closely with office staff and production to ensure projects move smoothly from contract to completion. Build and maintain a positive, competitive, high-performance sales culture. Help develop sales strategies and improve office growth.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of roofing sales experience preferred. Previous sales management or leadership experience strongly preferred. Must be familiar with both the insurance restoration sales cycle and retail roofing sales cycle, from initial inspection through contract, production, and final payment. Experience working with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and retail customers. Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop successful sales representatives. Strong closing, communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
