Our Position
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Region Liaison to serve as a vital connector between mission control and regional pest control branch operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, accurate billing, regulatory compliance, and strong communication across the organization.

What You'll Do
As a Region Liaison, you will:
- Support Regional Branch Operations
- Act as a primary point of contact between mission control and regional teams
- Facilitate clear, timely communication to resolve operational questions and issues
- Manage Billing & Financial Processes
- Handle complex invoicing and billing reconciliation in PestPac
- Ensure billing accuracy and support branch teams with invoicing questions
- Ensure Compliance & Documentation
- Support regulatory compliance across regions
- Facilitate Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests and issuance
- Support Growth & Integration
- Assist with operational and administrative needs tied to mergers and acquisitions
- Help onboard newly acquired branches into systems and processes
- Oversee Fleet & DMV‑Related Tasks
- Manage DMV documentation and filings related to company vehicles
- Support fleet compliance and recordkeeping
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and operational experience (pest control industry experience is a plus, but not required)
- Proven ability to manage billing systems, invoices, or financial workflows
- Familiarity with PestPac or similar industry software preferred
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear, professional communication skills—written and verbal
- Confidence working cross‑functionally with regional and corporate teams
- Comfort handling confidential and sensitive information
