As aTestEngineeringInternbased at Rocket Lab's site inStennis,Mississippi, you will have the opportunity tolearn about the Archimedes Engine test operations on-site as well as actively participate as an operator by supporting engine rebuilds, test readiness, and hardware swaps.The Test Operations team manages the activation and operation of test facilities for the Archimedes rocket engine, collaborating with propulsion teams to develop test procedures and sequencing andultimately enablingthe path to launch our Neutron vehicle.

Must be enrolled in a bachelor's,master'sor doctorate degree program in an engineeringdiscipline such as ElectricalEngineering,Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, ora relateddiscipline and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship

GPA of 3.0 or above

3 months of applied engineering experience (internship, laboratory, and personal/team project experience is applicable)
THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE

6 months of applied engineering experience (internship, laboratory, and personal/team project experience is applicable)

Experience withSoildworks, MATLAB, andSiemensNX

Python and Java experience

Experience working with pressurized systems
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning January, February, or March 2027
