What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Content & Communications Coordinator position at ROCKET INDUSTRIAL INC?
SCOPE OF ROLE:
The Marketing Content & Communications Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing initiatives of Rocket Industrial across related customer touchpoints. This individual will help strategize and create content to aid in revenue and lead generation on digital channels, along with supporting other marketing projects as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the eCommerce Marketing Manager on content planning and development
- Public relations & promotion of the Rocket brand
- Content creation for digital platforms via blog updates, case studies, etc.
- Manage marketing strategies across all channels
- Coordinate email, social, print, and tradeshow promotions to be in alignment
- Support websites by maximizing website performance and user experience
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO projects to ensure site optimization
- Utilize analytical tools and other reporting tools to make data-driven decisions
- Support sales teams with digital document creation and organization
- Coordinate, plan, and execute representation and sponsorships at trade shows and other industry events
- Support campaigns and sales enablement projects with vendors to maximize marketing rebate dollars.
- Conduct and compile marketing research as needed
- Stay on top of emerging digital and eCommerce trends
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA’s):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in digital and eCommerce marketing (B2B a plus)
- Proficient with eCommerce systems (Adobe Commerce a plus)
- Proficient with keyword research, analytics, and social media tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Adobe Creative Suite
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
