About The Role
- Lead the planning and execution of team member giving programs, including crowdfunding campaigns and fundraising initiatives
- Manage end-to-end program operations, including timelines, contracts, communications, assets, and partner coordination
- Develop and execute integrated communication strategies to drive awareness, participation, and engagement
- Partner with internal stakeholders (communications, design, legal, procurement, and leadership) to deliver seamless programs
- Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit and internal partners to support giving and fundraising needs
- Analyze participation and engagement data to evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations, internal guidelines, and organizational values
- Manage giving-related activity within internal volunteer and giving platforms and provide reporting and updates as needed
- Support events and program logistics, including coordination with facilities, catering, and security when required
- Contribute to short- and long-term team member giving strategy and support special projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong project management skills, including planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Ability to respond effectively to internal and external partner needs in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- 3 years of experience in corporate social responsibility, employee giving, community relations, nonprofit program management, or related work
- Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event logistics
- Demonstrated success designing and executing programs that drive engagement and measurable outcomes
- Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, YourCause, or similar systems
