Senior Strategist, Insights and Inspiration Detroit, Michigan, United States of America FullTime Description As the Senior Strategist, Insights and Inspiration, you will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to drive business growth and competitive advantage. You’ll turn complex research and data into actionable, human-centered narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and inspire teams across Rocket. In this role, you champion the voice of the client—nuancing stories that connect strategy to real human needs and opportunities. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure our strategies reflect empathy, drive engagement, and help build meaningful, innovative solutions. About the role Develop and implement effective, human-centered strategies—including marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, and cross-company initiatives—rooted in a keen understanding of consumers, competitors, and industry trends Conduct market and gap analyses to pinpoint actionable opportunities and drive informed decision-making Build and sustain strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to align business growth goals with real human impact Champion the creation, optimization, and communication of strategic briefs and multimedia documents that bring human-centered stories to life Lead the execution of research initiatives, blending primary and secondary data to create compelling, relatable insights Craft inspirational, people-focused narratives and strategies with creative teams, making insights memorable and actionable throughout the company Distill consumer insights and data into stories and recommendations that move senior leadership to action and reinforce a culture of empathy and innovation About you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, market research, or a similar role Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, competitive intelligence, and strategic planning Excellent analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels Proven track record of driving business results through strategic planning and execution Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools such as SPSS, R, or Power BI Experience in project management Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving abilities What you’ll get Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
