Rocket Cash Offer is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization founded by Brian Davila, an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and social media influencer.
We’re hiring for our core real estate investing company, Rocket Cash Offer. We’re one of the largest wholesale and flip operations in Southern California. We need a motivated closer to join our team. We EXCLUSIVELY work with inbound leads, so that means there is no cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Engagement: Manage and qualify inbound leads through phone calls, engaging with potential sellers to uncover their motivations and goals.
- Daily Dials and Talk Time: Complete 100 dials or maintain two hours of talk time daily through inbound and self-generated leads.
- Close Ratio: Close a minimum of one new contract per week
- CRM Mastery: Utilize Go High Level CRM to log interactions, track leads, and maintain up-to-date records of all communications.
- Pipeline Management: Guide sellers through the sales process with empathy and professionalism, building rapport and negotiating property acquisitions at a deep discount.
- Task Management: Complete all morning and end-of-day tasks to ensure efficient lead follow-up and pipeline flow.
- Communication and Collaboration: Stay available and responsive from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm PST, coordinating with the team to meet company goals.
Qualifications:
- Real Estate Knowledge: Proficiency in real estate investing principles and property transactions is strongly preferred.
- Sales Expertise: Strong background in sales, with experience negotiating and handling objections effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Previous experience using Go High Level CRM or similar platforms to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Driven and Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to meet daily call and talk-time targets consistently.
- In-Office Requirement: Willingness to work in our Las Vegas office is required.
