Atop this foundation, the platform enables marketers to choose from a range of measurement methodologies, giving customers the flexibility to choose the most appropriate approach for their specific needs and questions.

The Agency Development Manager is a crucial role within our sales organization, tasked with owning and nurturing our relationships with key agency partners. This role is responsible for generating leads from these agencies, ensuring they are educated on the Rockerbox value proposition, and facilitating ongoing training to maintain strong, productive relationships. This position takes over the agency ownership and relationship maintenance from the sales team, allowing them to focus on brand-specific opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and strengthen ongoing relationships with all agency partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Generate leads through agency relationships, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients for the sales team.
  • Educate and train agency partners on Rockerbox's products and value propositions, ensuring they are well-equipped to advocate for our solutions.
  • Pitch Rockerbox's value to agencies, clearly communicating how our offerings align with their needs and those of their clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team during Agency Brand calls, stepping in when a brand is referred to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Work closely with the leadership when high-level agency leaders seek strategic conversations on how to enhance their partnership with Rockerbox.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or agency management roles within the SaaS, marketing, or ad-tech industries.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong agency relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions to external partners.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and business development teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Self-starter attitude with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth.
