Role Description
This is a full-time contract on-site position based in Hamilton, NJ. The Microsoft Dynamics Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics solutions to optimize business processes and CRM operations. Key responsibilities include gathering business requirements, providing recommendations for process improvement, troubleshooting issues, and CRM functionalities, and delivering tailored consulting services to enhance client and team experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve issues effectively and enhance business processes
- Experience with Business Process improvement and optimization
- Proficiency in Consulting and relationship management to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in financial services or related industries is a plus
