The Technology and Operations team is seeking a pragmatic, thoughtful and execution focused data governance and analytics leader. This individual will be a key partner and collaborator with risk, technology and business teams in driving data governance and management best practices.
Responsibilities
The anticipated base salary range for this role is $215,000 to $265,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Responsibilities
- Strengthen our data driven culture, governance and analytic practices in close collaboration with the business, technology and broader firm.
- Assist in growing a firmwide data culture by enabling governed self-service analytics, semantic models, and certified datasets.
- Enhance our data management practices and policies to protect, control and drive data quality.
- Lead data transformation to enhance speed and agility to produce business insights and access to high quality data.
- Develop and execute data roadmaps to unlock the full value and accountability of data across RCM.
- Produce and maintain data quality standards leveraging industry standard practices.
- Partner with technology to enhance data analytic platform that maximizes trust, control and democratization.
- Enhance data governance and management practices to align to current regulations, controls and procedures.
- Enhance data management practices and policies to protect, control, and improve data quality across structured, semi structured, and unstructured data sources, including documents and collaboration content.
- Produce and maintain data quality standards leveraging industry standard practices (DQ dimensions, thresholds, issue management, and remediation workflows), embedded directly into firm platforms.
- Enhance data governance and risk reporting to promote continuous improvement and operational excellent.
- Assist in enhancing data controls within infrastructure, applications and storage to enable scale and defensibility.
- Drive strong focus on data quality and data domain ownership to drive effectiveness and value.
- Align data control and risk practices with enterprise risk management program.
- Assist in growing data culture throughout RCM.
- Lead data science and management advancements in partnership with technology on RCM’s modern and cloud-based data capabilities.
- Partner with technology and compliance teams to ensure control data control objectives are clear and met across all business lines.
- Partner with Compliance, Supervision, and Legal to ensure document handling, classification, retention, and supervision requirements are consistently enforced and analytically observable.
- 10 years of experience in data management and governance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Deep industry expertise in data architecture, management and governance.
- Knowledge of control infrastructures in cloud environments and services is required.
