Position

A Private Advisor team, located in our Stamford, CT office, is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as a Client Relationship Manager. The Client Relationship Manager will work, in office, with team members and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate will be the face of the practice and is thorough in their work, operates with a high attention to detail, has strong communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills, and is driven to develop and grow in their role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior advisors in preparing deliverables and participating in client meetings
• Communicating with clients on both a scheduled and an ad hoc basis
• Tracking client allocations and asset transfers in a software suite, while working closely with the Rockefeller Operations team
• Ongoing coordination with clients’ CPAs and attorneys regarding balance sheet management
• Working closely with both the Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to coordinate current client portfolio matters
• Executing the daily client operational tasks including account opening documents, check requests, journals, wires, and other custodial responsibilities

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of relevant experience, working within an RIA in a client service or operational capacity is preferred
• Bachelors degree, with a business/finance focus preferred
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Addepar & Tamarac Reporting, is a particular plus

Compensation Range

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 to $125,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for other variable compensation programs.
