Position Rockefeller Capital Management is seeking an Application Developer to join our Client Solutions & Business Services team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong technical foundation and a passion for learning emerging technologies. You will contribute to building and enhancing applications that support our business operations and client solutions, leveraging modern development practices and AI-driven tools. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using React, Typescript, C# and .NET frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions. Strong knowledge of Design and coding patterns. Work with cloud platforms such as Azure (preferred), AWS, or similar services. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and reliability. Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute innovative ideas to improve systems. Implement and integrate AI tools, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows. Explore and apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) design patterns where applicable. Qualifications 1–3 years of professional experience in application development or related projects. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Hands-on experience with React, Typescript, C# and .NET development (required). Familiarity with AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt writing, and agentic workflows. Understanding of RAG design patterns (preferred). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred; AWS or others acceptable). Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies—we value attitude and curiosity over expertise. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
