Position We are seeking a highly motivated AI Enablement Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions and intelligent systems. This role blends analytical rigor with engineering expertise to build scalable ML models with internal data and extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for business applications. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production systems. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders. Stay current with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data science. Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience BS in Computer Science with specialization Data Science or Master’s in Data Science Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, and algorithm design Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data pipeline tools Skills Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Compensation Range The anticipated base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Base salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. In addition, this role may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
