About the Role
We're looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to build and maintain the operational backbone of our sales team. You'll own the systems, processes, and tools that help our reps sell more effectively—from how we price and package deals to how we onboard new hires and track performance. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Officer.
What you'll do:
- Pricing, Packaging & Deal Desk — Maintain pricing structures, support deal configurations, and serve as the go-to resource for non-standard pricing requests and approvals.
- Compensation & Pay Plans — Administer sales compensation plans, track attainment, and ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
- Territory Planning — Partner with sales leadership to design, balance, and manage territory assignments and account coverage.
- Pipeline Management — Monitor pipeline health, enforce data hygiene in the CRM, and surface insights to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Sales Collateral — Organize and maintain sales enablement materials, ensuring reps have easy access to up-to-date decks, one-pagers, and competitive resources.
- Onboarding — Coordinate onboarding logistics for new sales hires, including system access, training schedules, and ramp tracking.
- Reporting & Analytics — Build and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into sales performance, pipeline trends, and operational metrics.
What you bring:
- 2 years in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related role
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales team and leadership
