Rockdale County Public Schools is currently looking for a middle school Science teacher
The preferred candidate holds a teaching certificate in Middle Grades Science or Science (6-12) issued by the Georgia Professional Standards Commission and has already passed the GACE in Middle Grades Science or Science (6-12).
Consideration given to applicants holding a bachelor's degree in science who are enrolled in or willing to enroll in a program leading to a teaching certificate.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through standardized testing and provide individualized support.
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student understanding of scientific concepts.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional design.
- Mentor students and support their academic and personal growth.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $51,212.00 - $99,000.00 per year
