- Ability to analyze assessment data, identify student needs, and align instructional strategies, interventions, and accommodations to support academic and behavioral growth.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation, using educational data systems, and organizing caseload responsibilities in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
- Experience supporting diverse learners, including students with varying disabilities, cultural backgrounds, and language needs, with a commitment to equity and accessibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field; valid Georgia teaching certificate in Special Education or eligibility for certification preferred.
