Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. In this vital role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise in behavioral therapy and applied behavior analysis (ABA) will drive positive outcomes, empowering clients to reach their full potential. Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs and strengths.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals and challenges.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions utilizing applied behavior analysis techniques to promote skill acquisition and reduce problematic behaviors.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings and maximize therapeutic outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, documentation of patient care, intake forms, and HIPAA-compliant records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Educate families on behavioral strategies, progress updates, and intervention techniques to support ongoing development outside of sessions.

Experience

  • Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification with relevant experience in behavioral health.
  • Proven experience working with children or adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy methods, and special education practices.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA regulations.
  • Experience conducting intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans based on data collection.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities across diverse settings while demonstrating patience and compassion.
  • Prior experience documenting medical records accurately and maintaining confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations.
