Rockcastle Regional is looking for a full time Performance Improvement/Staff Development Director to join our Quality Department. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to create new initiatives to meet regulatory and performance goals; effectively manage multiple projects/teams and prioritize work tasks; maintain good relations and effective communication with all customers and levels of the organization (medical staff, senior leaders, nursing, healthcare team members, patients and families). Ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills and self-direction abilities; as well as, exhibit excellent service/patient centered care/leadership/attendance/flexibility/teamwork, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. This position will require some weekend and evening work.
