We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Associate who enjoys connecting with customers, helping them find the perfect flowers and gifts, and making every interaction a great experience.
Whether you’re helping someone celebrate a birthday, choose a thoughtful gift, or send flowers to someone who needs a little extra love, you’ll play an important part in making meaningful moments happen.

What You'll Do
Every day brings something a little different! You’ll help keep our store running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for every customer.
- Make people feel welcome. Greet customers with a smile and assist them in person and over the phone.
- Help spread the flower power. Guide customers through floral arrangements, plants, and gift selections.
- Be the helpful voice on the other end. Answer questions about deliveries, order status, and special requests.
- Keep things blooming. Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Make the store shine. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail space.
- Be a team player. Jump in where needed and help create a positive experience for customers and coworkers alike.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You…
- Enjoy talking with people and genuinely like helping others.
- Have a friendly, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills.
- Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Notice the little details and take pride in getting things right.
- Can stay organized and positive when things get busy.
- Are dependable, flexible, and ready to work as part of a team.
- Have retail or customer service experience. Two to four years of experience is preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter, too!
Floral knowledge is a plus, but a passion for people and a willingness to learn go a long way.

- Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour
- Position: Part-time to Full-Time
- Location: Rockcastle Florist, Canandaigua, NY
- Schedule: Primarily daytime shifts, with Saturdays and busy floral holidays as needed

Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other floral holidays can be especially busy, so flexibility and a willingness to pitch in are important!
