We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Supervisor/Technician to lead and execute comprehensive maintenance operations within our facility. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, managing facilities maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform and oversee mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting—including high voltage and low voltage systems—and HVAC system repair using schematics and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Implement maintenance repair procedures following OSHA safety regulations, ensuring all work complies with safety standards and best practices.
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to troubleshoot electrical issues accurately.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, safety inspections, schematics analysis, and compliance records for auditing purposes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of mechanical and facilities maintenance experience
- Strong supervisory or team management experience leading facilities or maintenance teams.
- Extensive mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in mechanical systems repair and industrial maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in electrical systems troubleshooting, including high voltage and low voltage applications.
- Familiarity with HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and electrical systems diagnostics.
- Experience managing projects
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and reporting purposes.
