Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personnel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions, ensuring effective employee relations, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Duties
- Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition and onboarding of new employees.
- Ensure passenger driver qualifications are maintained and updated on a timely basis.
- Coordinate other driving requirements with the Accounting and Fleet Managers and Dispatch Coordinator.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Data Collection & Reporting:
- a. Collect and track personnel data for reporting to funders and reporting agencies.
- b. Maintain personnel and payroll files and reports.
- c. Prepare and provide monthly staffing reports for Board meetings
- Administer payroll functions ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Screen job applicants for qualifications and track interviewing and hiring decisions if applicable
- Review and update policies and procedures at least annually, and maintain Driver’s Handbook, including updates as needed
- Be willing and able to complete any and all projects asked for
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience with coordinating projects in a team setting
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and online QuickBooks.
- Proficient in payroll administration and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication skills – both listening to and talking with
- Able to work with others in a variety of settings and diverse preferences.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
