Under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, you will be responsible for assisting in the provision of primary care services, performing routine nursing procedures, administering medications, maintaining accurate patient records, and promoting patient education and wellness.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing is required.
- Current LPN licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia is required.
- BLS provider certification with hands on practicum is required upon hire.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- 1-2 years’ prior experience in a primary care or community healthcare setting preferred.
