What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Intake Specialist MO position at Rockaway Home Care?
Rockaway Home Care is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Intake Specialist to join us. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build trust quickly and close inbound leads.
This is not cold calling — all leads come directly from individuals who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to guide them, answer questions, and help them enroll.
About The Role
The Sales Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for new clients. You’ll speak with potential participants, explain our home care programs (training provided), follow up with leads, and move interested individuals through the enrollment process.
We need someone confident, organized, and excellent at communication — someone who can take a warm lead and turn it into a successful enrollment.
