Job Description:

As a Client Enrollment Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for individuals interested in our home care services. Your role is to engage with potential clients, explain program details, and guide them through the enrollment process. You’ll ensure that every client receives clear information, timely assistance, and a positive experience from inquiry to activation.

Intake Specialist Key Responsibilities :

• Respond promptly to new client inquiries via phone, email, or online forms.
• Provide accurate information about our home care programs and CDS process.
• Guide clients step-by-step through enrollment paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from intake to active service.
• Follow up with clients to confirm completion and satisfaction.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and patient, with a strong commitment to helping others.
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
