We provide cradle-to-grave services for primary and secondary composite structures. This position is located in our West Jordan, UT office and reports to the Segment Director.
Position Summary:
Ecommerce Specialist will support and execute customer facing Ecommerce initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve the digital customer experience, and strengthen customer retention. This role works closely with Operations and Shipping teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment while partnering with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day Ecommerce performance.

Required Education and Experience:
The pay range for this position falls within $55,000 to $65,000. The final compensation will be determined based on experience, skillset, and other factors permitted by law.

Essential Functions:
- Manage Ecommerce opportunities from quote through order placement, ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Generate quotes for standard and semi-custom products and coordinate with Sourcing and Operations as needed
- Act as a primary point of contact for select Ecommerce customers, supporting relationship management and repeat business
- Partner closely with Operations and Shipping to track orders, resolve fulfillment issues, and ensure on-time delivery
- Support customer outreach efforts and assist in executing retention and loyalty initiatives
- Identify and help implement improvements across quoting, order entry, and customer communication workflows
- Maintain accurate customer, pricing, and order data in Salesforce; support alignment with NetSuite
- Assist in reporting on Ecommerce performance, customer trends, and order activity

Required Education and Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or Ecommerce operations (manufacturing environment highly preferred)
- Composite experience is a huge plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and ability to work across multiple teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Proficient in Excel and basic reporting; strong written communication skills
- BS/BA preferred but not required
