Rock Supremacy (RS) was started in 2011 with one goal: To be the best rock stabilization contractor in the country. We have kept true to this goal for over ten years.
Rock Supremacy works for some of the largest private firms in the US. Including BNSF Railroad, Union Pacific Railroad, Idaho Power Company, Bonneville Dam, and Amazon. We also contract with FHWA, ODOT, WSDOT, and other public municipalities and agencies.
Rock Supremacy specializes in the following: Rockfall Mitigation Systems, Geobrugg Pinned Tecco Mesh, Draped Mesh, Deltax, Attenuator, and Rockfall Barrier Systems. Rock Supremacy also utilizes wet and dry mix process shotcrete, rock bolting, rock doweling, micropiles, certified rock scalers, boulder busting, and drill/blast work.
Tunnel Reconstruction: Rock Supremacy has an extensive background with many underground projects. Damaged tunnels in need of stabilization can require steel set erection, road heading, tunnel notching, liner removal, as well as a complete seal with shotcrete. We also specialize in underground pressure grouting, resin-bonded anchors, underground rock scaling, and dry process shotcrete.
Slope Stabilization: Micropiles, soldier pile walls, reaction blocks, soil nail walls, horizontal drains, large tiebacks, and sculpted/stained shotcrete.
DUTIES:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and approving invoices
- Collaborate with clients to address any concerns or issues that arise during the construction process
- Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation
-Travel requirement of roughly 25%
EXPERIENCE (5 YEARS)
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field or equivalent field experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Proficient in using project management and design software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
