Duties
- Safely operate Class B roll-off trucks while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
- Load, unload, and secure waste containers using manual handling techniques and specialized truck equipment
- Drive efficiently between multiple job sites to deliver or pick up roll-off containers while maintaining timely schedules
- Conduct routine inspections of trucks before and after shifts to ensure mechanical integrity and safety compliance
- Requirements
- Valid Class B commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating heavy-duty trucks
- Mechanical knowledge of truck systems and basic troubleshooting skills
- Strong driving skills with experience in delivery driving across diverse terrains and urban environments
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and waste management regulations
- Physical stamina to handle long periods of driving and manual load/unload tasks
