Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Austin, TX for a Laborer. The Laborer will be responsible for preparing and mixing materials, setting up and breaking down job sites, assisting with the application of various concrete coatings and finishes, and performing routine equipment maintenance. The Laborer will also help with clean-up and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

- Understanding and adherence to workplace safety protocols
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Prior experience in commercial or industrial projects is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
