Loan Officer Position
Rock Solid Funding is a leading service provider in the recreational finance industry. We are looking for educated, well organized, experienced applicants looking for a career in Finance.
***This is a work from home position. Training will take place at our corporate office in Colleyville, TX for 2-3 weeks. Training time is dependent on how quickly the new employee picks up their responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
-Review credit applications and submit consumers to appropriate underwriting program.
-Read and Comprehend Consumer Credit Bureaus
-Approve/Decline Customers on Lending Programs
-Explain rates and terms to the consumer
-Request, obtain, and submit lender stipulations from customers and dealerships.
-Offer collateral specific extended service contracts to customers.
-Answer customers questions regarding the loan process and our programs
Requirements
Undergraduate preferred. Will consider applicants with some post high school education and past banking, loan officer, sales, or F&I experience
2 years experience working in an office environment
Familiarity with common computer systems, word, excel, email, common CRM's.
Phone experience and etiquette
Positive attitude, hard working, well organized
Hours
Monday- Friday 9-6 CST
Benefits/Salary
Position is paid a base salary plus commissions. Starting base salary is 32k Commissions. Loan officers generally average 50-60k in their first year. Experienced loan officers earn 60-125k annually.
