We are looking for a hard-working and motivated individual to join our Funding Department to accommodate our accelerated growth. Our ideal candidate will have accurate attention to detail, be motivated to learn and grow with our company, be self-sufficient, and have the ability to multi-task and communicate very well in a fast-paced online environment.
This is an entry-level position in our Funding/Accounting Department with room for growth within the position, department, and the company.
Responsibilities
1. Reviewing financial contracts and recording the A/R and A/P transactions associated with each recreational loan.
2. Creating, editing, and maintaining A/R and A/P logs within our CRM and Accounting System to ensure proper balancing for books.
3. Pay vendors via ACH, wire or check.
4. Email, phone, text and internal communications with any/all parties involved -- Calling and emailing dealers, banks, vendors, and internal staff to obtain funding information and answer any funding-related questions.
5. Work with our customers and staff to prioritize fundings for loans and other tasks.
6. Initiate emails, text messaging, or phone calls with customers for payment reminders and other information after funding.
7. Working with other Funding staff to ensure proper and timely bookkeeping practices; clearing payments for A/R and A/P; assisting in daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
Preferred candidates should have:
3 years of experience in a Bookkeeping, Finance, or Bank-related position
Strong computer skills; proficient in Windows OS
Salesforce experience is a plus
Accounting Seed experience is a plus
Candidates must possess:
1. Must be able to understand basic math functions and have the aptitude for strong attention to detail;
be detail oriented with numbers.

3. Possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills, be self-sufficient and self-motivating to work on your own.
4. Ability to multi-task and communicate efficiently in a high demand online environment.
5. Must have a professional and friendly demeanor.
6. Must have the willingness to learn and adapt to accommodate our growing business.
Starting Salary: $52,500 or greater DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
