Pay Structure: Base Salary Uncapped commissions performance bonuses
Average annual earnings up to $95,000–$100,000, top performers can make up to $150,000 annually

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners using company-provided Lowe’s leads
- Conduct professional in-home sales consultations
- Evaluate the customer’s project needs
- Present products, solutions, and financing options
- Prepare accurate project proposals and CLOSE THE DEAL! We take payment onsite!
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable meeting customers in their homes
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
