Rock River Laboratory is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our Wet Chemistry Feed Laboratory team in Watertown, Wisconsin. This position plays a key role in supporting both routine analytical testing and research initiatives by preparing samples, performing wet chemistry digestion, and operating specialized laboratory instrumentation.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, label, and organize samples for wet chemistry digestion and feed analysis
- Perform digestion procedures and assist with analytical testing of feed and agricultural samples
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, including protein analyzers and related equipment
- Accurately record, track, and manage analytical data using laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Support both high-volume routine testing and ongoing research projects
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with troubleshooting, basic equipment maintenance, and method improvement when needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and represent the laboratory in a professional manner
