Loader Operator, Crushing - Dolan Springs

Rock Pros USA is seeking a reliable Shipping Loader Operator to play a critical role in our quarry and crushing operations. This position focuses on safely and efficiently loading trucks for shipping, managing stockpiles, and keeping production moving. Primary Focus – Shipping Loader Operations

• Load trucks efficiently for shipping and delivery
• Manage stockpiles to maintain continuous plant operations
• Feed the crusher plant as needed
• Support plant operations, including assisting with screen changes, unclogging crushers, cleanup, and general labor
  
  

Additional Equipment (as Assigned)

• Feed loader, mining loader, dozer, excavator, hammer hoe, haul truck
  
  

Schedule & Benefits

Requirements

What we are looking for

• 2-3 years of heavy equipment operation experience, preferably with front-end loaders
• Experience in quarry, mining, or crushing environments preferred
• Willingness to operate additional equipment as assigned
• Commitment to safety and compliance with MSHA and company safety policies
• Ability to assist with basic plant maintenance and general labor tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive work ethic and willingness to learn
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Active MSHA certification (or ability to obtain/refresh)
• Experience in crushing or aggregate operations
• Mechanical aptitude or basic equipment maintenance knowledge
