Key Employee – Front of House
The Key Employee is primarily responsible for working as either a Server or Bartender (employee's choice) while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. This position also includes limited managerial responsibilities, typically one shift per week, to assist with daily operations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
- Perform all duties of a Server or Bartender efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with minimal front-of-house management duties as assigned.
- Lead by example and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
- Support and mentor team members during service.
- Maintain professionalism while handling high-volume, fast-paced shifts.
- Complete required onsite training and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift.
- Minimum of 2 years of front-of-house experience in a full-service restaurant as a Server or Bartender.
- Current responsible vendor permits, AKA "bar cards" required or must obtain within 30 days of hiring
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
